I did some housekeeping on this website yesterday. It was time to unveil my path for the next few months. I added two tabs, one for the Tocharian Gospels series and one for the continuation of the Island of Stone story called Monuments of Stone. For those of you that have read the Island of Stone (leave a review, comment below, on Facebook, Goodreads, or here, yes that means you!), you now that the story doesn’t entirely end at the completion of the book. The next part in that series will be called Deserts of Stone, and I’ve already produced a potential cover and wrote a small blurb indicating where the story will go. I haven’t written anything yet, but I have a solid plan, and I know for sure how the novel will start. I will continue the Monuments of Stone series after I finish the Tocharian Gospels. At this rate, it looks like I will begin writing Deserts of Stone in the fall. My goal is to get all four books of the Tocharian Gospels out this summer. The Slaying of the Bull will go out this month, and Vril soon after (as it is also almost complete). The Great Lucado will take a bit more time as it is only about 1/4 written (and it delves into the mystery of Isa), and then there will be the finale, The Land In-between, which is also almost finished.
It’s an ambitious goal, and please don’t hold me to it, but if things continue as they are over the summer and into the fall, it should be doable. Some of you may be dying to read the next step on the journey in the Monuments of Stone saga, and I apologize for the delay. I know I left quite a cliff-hanger on that novel and it’s cruel to make you wait, but as the Tocharian Gospels story is more fleshed out and complete, I can get that whole series up quicker, and I need the chain of a series to boost my readership. If you are really eager for Desert of Stone, reach out on my feedback page and sign up to be part of the launch squad. You’ll gain access to the book much sooner. Also, help me promote the Tocharian Gospels so I can get to creating the desert quicker! Rest assured, I have a good idea for the Desert of Stone, and the more time I have to think about it, the better it will turn out to be.
Cheers!
